If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
How to Report an Issue:

Please include clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it promptly.
For packages lost in transit, please reach out to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the matter and work towards a satisfactory solution, which may include sending a replacement order.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or insufficient, the shipment may be returned to our supplier's facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated and accurate address with you.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order to avoid delays or additional charges.
Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our supplier's facility may incur additional shipping costs. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping the order to you.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or preference changes. Please make your selections carefully and refer to product descriptions and sizing charts before completing your purchase.
As our products are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. We encourage you to review our detailed sizing guides available on each product page.
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as face masks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items cannot be reshipped or refunded.
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
Customers residing in Brazil who wish to return an item must contact us within 7 consecutive days after receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original condition. We will evaluate the request and, if approved, process the return accordingly.

Liability: We are not liable for returns due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments.
